Ages: 9 - College Athletes
A focus on Speed, Agility, & Quickness, athletic skills that will transcend every athletes abilities to the next level in any sport.
1st hour: Breaking down and mastering multi-sport universal technical movements, proper footwork, and body control.

2nd hour: Applying corrected movements to reactions and competitions with peers to optimize athleticism.
What is Speed, Agility, and Quickness (SAQ) Training?
SAQ TRAINING IS BENEFICIAL FOR ALL SPORTS
Speed - the capacity to move in a single direction at maximum speed.
Agility - speeding up, slowing down, and maintaining stability while quickly changing directions with correct posture. This ability is directionally in 360º.
Quickness - the ability to react and change body position while generating a large force in a very short distance and time.
SAQ Training aids the development of forward, backward, and lateral movement patterns along with improved flexibility, balance, and body control. This will not only enhance sport performance, but it also reduces the risk of injury.
